Noemi Berlin completed her PhD in Economics at the University of Paris 1 - Paris School of Economics. Her main research areas are Behavioural and Experimental Economics. During her PhD, she applied lab and field experimental methods on various research questions related to the economics of education. She is now a post-doc in behavioural and health economics at the University of Edinburgh and uses behavioural economics to understand what drives people’s food choices and eating habit formation.
